Return & Refund Policy
At Wyldforest, we want you to have the best possible experience. Because our guided foraging tours and events are strictly capacity-limited and require significant upfront preparation, we have established the following clear guidelines for cancellations, reschedules, and returns.
1. Public Foraging Tours & Events
All ticket sales for our public guided tours are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you cannot attend your scheduled tour, you may reschedule your booking to another date or exchange your ticket for a Wyldforest gift card of equal value, provided you notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) before the event.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 3 days before the event or fail to show up, your ticket will be forfeited without a refund, as we cannot fill your spot on such short notice.
2. Private & Corporate Events
Because private and corporate events are exclusively reserved and require dedicated guides and resources, all private event bookings are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Upon request, we can reschedule your private event to a new date if you notify us at least 3 days prior to the originally scheduled date.
3. Gift Cards
Wyldforest gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable state law.
4. Physical Merchandise (If applicable)
For physical products purchased through our website (excluding perishable goods like fresh mushrooms or food items), we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
5. Cancellations by Wyldforest
Nature is unpredictable. If we are forced to cancel a tour due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or guide illness, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this event, you will have the option to either reschedule your tour for a future date or receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Exclusion of Cancellation for Private/Corporate/Exclusive Events
As these events are specifically requested and booked, significant costs are incurred immediately after the booking. Therefore, cancellation of private hikes is generally not possible. On request, we can reschedule a private hike up to 3 days before the hike date.
