Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement

By participating in any mushroom or herbal hunting tour offered by Wyldforest, you fully acknowledge and accept that outdoor activities, including foraging for wild mushrooms and plants, come with inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, allergic reactions, illnesses from consuming wild mushrooms and plants, and other hazards associated with outdoor environments.

By signing up for and participating in our tours, you agree to assume all responsibility and liability for your personal safety and any consequences that arise from your participation. Wyldforest, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during or after the tour, including but not limited to the identification, handling, or consumption of foraged mushrooms and plants.

You also agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the guides, understanding that failure to do so increases your personal risk. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and release Wyldforest and its staff from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
